Corban’s Baby Clothes Quilt

Happy Friday!

I just finished up this latest baby clothes quilt yesterday, and it is just adorable. So many funny baby onesies, such great colors… I can never decide if I like girl quilts or boy quilts better, and this one is a top contender for all-time fave.

It’s a full-sized quilt, and has a minky backing & a name applique. One of the pictures is a cute vignette on a twin size bed, but don’t be fooled – it was all for show, half of the quilt was folded under to fake it! 🙂 I only have twin sized “boy” beds! (This daybed is actually the Brown Metal Twin Size Miami Day Bed Frame With Metal Slats from Amazon – love it as a couch/bed in the playroom!! I use it for a lot of photo shoots as well – super sturdy & pretty neutral as far as daybeds go!)

Here’s a little feedback from my customer:

“It looks amazing! Only two more quilts to go and all my kids will have their precious quilts! My other two love theirs and Corban will love his too! Thanks for all your hard work!”

Brother & Sister Baby Clothes Quilts

Just finished up a couple of adorable baby clothes quilts! These shipped all the way over to Hong Kong – I get a lot of business from outside the US, so don’t hesitate to contact me about international orders!

Was so excited to see your mail this morning, can’t wait to get my hands on them. I am trying so hard to not spoil the surprise hence the kids haven’t seen their quilt yet. But I am sure they will be jumping for JOY when they see their very own quilt. My son is very particular in terms of what he likes or not like. He actually helped me to pickup things to put into the box to send you. I am sure he will appreciate the work that you have put into it and the waiting time is definitely worth it.

Baby Clothes Quilt & Review!

Here are some pictures of a baby clothes quilt I recently finished up. My customer just received the quilt a couple days ago, and sent me the sweetest email that I just have to share (I’m blushing as I copy & paste it!):

You amazing masterpiece arrived today. After working a very, very long 12 hours I came home and opened the box with the most beautiful quilt ever!! in it. I seriously spent about 20 minutes just looking at it and marveling at the beauty and creativity of it. It is just simply perfect! (not simple though 🙂 ).

The Riley section may be my favorite. The way you put the leash on it and the animals???? I seriously could not have imagined how spectacular it would turn out. It made me teary just thinking of Riley and seeing all her things again. The quilt is proudly on my bed right now. My husband and I have a king size but the quilt is mostly on mine 🙂

I could not be happier! So THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You did a fabulous job. I am so grateful. I will tell you once again how gifted you are and talented. Thank YOU for sharing your gift.

This one actually includes 4 separate sections: 1 section of the husband & wife’s memorable clothes from things like their first date, honeymoon, etc, 1 section of their beloved dog Riley’s beds, sweaters & toys (she had recently passed away,) and 1 section of clothes for each of her daughters. Such a cute idea, and such a cute quilt!
